7th & Lyon (Albany Mission building) will be sold @ trustee sale at 11 am on April 3, 2008. If someone pays cash for lien being foreclosed then I am willing to reinstate the other 2 loans so those payments may be paid by the month. We understand that this historic building was once the boarding house where railroad employees stayed overnight after traveling from Portland to Albany before returning to Portland the next day. Any questions please call Alta Taylor, 541 997 4842 or email me at florencekeyrealty@msn.com
